Croatia offers incredible mix of wild seascapes, old stone towns and a relaxed Mediterranean vibe, making it a perfect place for destination weddings and elopements.

When Brac Island became my summer base, I started searching for a unique place for a wedding editorial shoot, somewhere on the island or nearby, in the area of Split or on Hvar.

That’s how I came across Villa Caverna, a place that instantly landed on my bucket list. And everything came together when my path crossed with Sabi and Erik, a couple who got engaged there and asked me to photograph their post-wedding portraits in the same location. I knew right away this shoot would be special. What you see here is the result. A mix of 35mm film and digital photographs, and easily one of my favourite shoots on the island. Enjoy!
